主要负责内容输出，负责剧情类短视频创意策划，独立编撰相关脚本及分镜； 对短视频进行构思和创作，包括剧情大纲、场景设想、人物表情语气等具体细节和处理，能够独立撰稿； 熟悉短视频风格调性，有足够灵敏的嗅觉捕获热点； 协同团队完成短视频后期制作全过程，协调、沟通与短视频制作相关的各个环节，保证成片效果。 要求： 有短视频编剧经验，编剧相关专业，有一定的文字功底和策划能力，有大量的阅读积累； 熟悉短视频平台的法则（抖音等），短视频重度爱好者，尤其是剧情向的内容，善于捕捉到观众们的喜好；

● Participate in all aspects of software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
● Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale
职位要求：

3、熟练英语和口语
4、熟练掌握Django (Python)
