Technical Sales Specialist (Remote)

我们是一家位于新加坡和韩国的公司，向中国技术橡胶行业销售模具清洗橡胶片。现招聘一名常驻中国的技术销售专员，负责开发新客户。

We are a Singapore- and Korea-based company selling mold-cleaning rubber sheets to China’s technical rubber industry. We are seeking a China-based technical salesperson to develop new customers.

工作职责 / Responsibilities

• 寻找橡胶制品厂及相关潜在客户
  Identify rubber manufacturers and relevant prospects

• 通过电话、微信和邮件进行客户开发
  Conduct outreach by phone, WeChat, and email

• 介绍产品、了解技术需求并跟进商机
  Present the product, understand technical needs, and follow up

• 安排销售会议、产品演示和测试
  Arrange sales meetings, demonstrations, and product trials

• 定期汇报销售活动和客户反馈
  Report sales activity and customer feedback regularly

任职要求 / Requirements

• 具备技术橡胶、工业材料或B2B技术销售经验
  Experience in technical rubber, industrial materials, or B2B technical sales

• 普通话流利，并能使用英语与团队沟通
  Fluent Mandarin with working English

• 熟悉主动开发客户并能独立远程工作
  Experienced in outbound sales and able to work independently

• 拥有橡胶行业客户资源者优先
  Existing contacts in the rubber industry are preferred

薪酬：基本工资 + 销售佣金，具体面议。
Compensation: Base salary plus sales commission, negotiable based on experience.
